Jasna Elswick brings a rich background in design, leadership, and community service to her new career in real estate. Born in Eastern Europe, in the former Yugoslavia, Jasna moved to the United States after completing her undergraduate degree in civil engineering and landscape architecture. Once in the U.S., she pursued further education, earning a master’s degree in leadership and management from Liberty University.

Jasna is no stranger to hard work and dedication. For 29 years, she managed the Office for Capital Projects in Chesterfield, VA, where she directed and supervised the design, construction, and maintenance of nearly 100 commercial facilities, including business offices, libraries, fire stations, and medical centers. This experience sharpened her skills in project management, problem-solving, and building strong, lasting relationships.

Jasna is passionate about helping families find their dream homes, recognizing that for many, it is one of the largest and most meaningful purchases they will ever make. She prides herself on being supportive, patient, and attentive throughout the process, ensuring clients feel confident and cared for.

Family plays a central role in her life. She enjoys spending time with her husband, a retired firefighter, her two daughters, both first responders, and their three dogs. Guided by her life motto—Through faith and diligence, I design solutions, build relationships, and maintain trust—Jasna is excited to begin this new chapter and looks forward to serving her community through real estate.
